Ingredients
1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (5 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups cold milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 (12 oz) container whipped topping, thawed
3 bananas, sliced
2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
1 box vanilla wafers (about 11 oz)
Optional garnish: crushed wafers, extra fruit, or whipped cream
Instructions
Make the Cheesecake Filling
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
Mix in sweetened condensed milk until creamy.
Prepare the Pudding
In another bowl, whisk pudding mix with cold milk and vanilla. Let sit for 2 minutes to thicken.
Combine Mixtures
Fold pudding into the cream cheese mixture. Gently fold in whipped topping until smooth and fluffy.
Assemble the Layers
